If you're looking for more stable & predictable income, you don't have to be an owner in a property, be our LENDER instead.Be our private lender and secure a 10% interest rate note for 6-14 months as we complete a project, 100% backed by the property. We'll pay you interest monthly until we dispose of, or refinance, the property.
